Components Required for basic Port Injection Conversion

  • HPFP Block Off Plate

  • Direct Injector Plugs

  • Port Fuel Injector Harness

  • Port Fuel Injectors

  • An intake manifold with port fuel injector bungs (ideally mounted on top for proper intercept angles and idle/low load operation and engine smoothness).

  • Fuel line for connecting low pressure fuel system to the intake manifold rail while maintaining the low side fuel pressure sensor.

  • Nexsys Motorsport Port Injection license key (included with our Port Injection Conversion Kit).

  • MHD Tuning flasher license for flashing our custom code.

Additional recommended components for high performance applications

  • Upgraded low pressure fuel pump(s) depending on power goals.

  • Upgraded fuel lines depending on power goals.
